These guys are truly the best merchant processors out there. At first I was hesitant to change processors – but after they walked me through the statements and showed me all the little hidden fees that other companies sneak in there, and showed me how much I could save, I was sold. I’ve now used them for over 3 years and have saved consistently 1200-1500$ a month on CC fees. We even switched over all our other locations as well.
The best part about affinity however is there customer service. Always quick to help out with POS issues, stop in to make sure things are working well – and go above and beyond to help with extra features or any questions.

Rainier Ray is one of the kindest and big hearted men I’ve ever Had the pleasure to meet. When this man says that he wants to help you save money, he means it with all of his heart. Team Member Matthew Logan helped with a quote for a new Merchant Service. Our existing provider notified us that price increases were going to a fact of life and would happen rapidly, with no end in sight. Matt gave us a great deal, a firm deal, and then he came over and installed the credit card machine and trained my staff how to use it. He was able to keep all of our existing customer information from the previous provider, so we could continue to bill monthly without a delay or a hassle. He also told us how to properly terminate the service of the previous provider so that money would not fall between the cracks. Our new machine now accepts Apple Pay which is great! Thanks Matt for all of your hard work! I highly recommend him.
The BEST merchant service company I have ever worked with and used for my businesses I would give them a ten star rating if I could. I used another merchant service company who was not reliable, didn’t have great customer service and did not provide us with any help when needed. Affinity24 is to another level of excellence. Matthew specifically is who we deal with for my three store locations and he is legitimately an angel He answers all mine and my employees calls pretty much at any time. He is always responsive to any texts and or assistance needed. He is beyond amazing. Matthew came to one of more store locations on the weekend to trouble shoot a problem with our system. Like who even does that. Zero hesitation answered my call on a Saturday and showed up 30 mins later. Sorry you’re not getting that service anywhere else. If you’re looking for a merchant service company they are by far the most legit and honest and reliable service out there. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them and will forever use them as long as I am in business. Serving their customers to an exceptional level of excellence is just what they do.
